Shane and Edel got married on the 11th of December 2009 in St. Peters Church, Athlone.
The weather was fantastic for a winter in Ireland – crisp, clear and not too cold! The bride did have an antique fur coat to keep her warm though. The bridemaids didn’t have that luxury so a few hot brandy’s were called for!
We had the opportunity to take some picture in the castle in Athlone (over the road from Church) and we got some lovely pictures in there.
Edel’s dress, veiled head piece and coat was a great combination of classic and modern all in one and worked really well together…
